Summary

He’s back! The original friendly ghost is continuing his recent spurt of video game activity with the release of Casper for Game Boy Advance.

A trio of badly-behaved ghosts are up to their ghastly tricks once more and are turning the adult population of the living world into brainless zombies. And worse still, the only professor capable of fixing this mess has been zombified too! Your task as Casper is to guide the professor through dozens of deadly environments. It’s all up to you!

Despite the traditional platforming qualities featured in Casper on the Game Boy Advance, there are several nice touches that make this game just that little bit different. First of all, you’re not the only person on the little dark screen: you’ve got the professor to take care of. And because you are unable to control your fellow zombie, you must use props within the game to prevent him from meeting with the ultimate unpleasantness. It’s kind of like lemmings, but without the green hair and suicidal rodents en masse.

As ever, Stretch, Stinkie and Fatso of the ghostly trio will be keeping a close eye, attempting to bring your adventure to a premature end every step of the way. But providing you make use of the various valuable collectibles such as flasks, glue buckets and keys, you shouldn’t have too much trouble getting from one level to the next.

There’s lots of fun to be had in this light-hearted ghost story that’ll have the kids coming back for more... and more... and more. (Cue evil laugh)... Mwa ha ha ha!
