Bugbear Entertainment Ltd. is a software development company based in Finland that develops entertainment software for PC, next generation consoles and mobile platforms. The company combines extensive knowledge and experience in racing games and was founded in March 2000.
Bugbear's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 2001 title, "Rally Trophy" (PC).
The company has been involved titles released on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS2, PSP and Xbox. Of these, "FlatOut 2" (Xbox), "SEGA Rally" (PSP) and "FlatOut Ultimate Carnage" (Xbox 360) have been best selling titles.
The company's most recent involvement was on the 2019 release "Wreckfest" (Xbox One).
