Summary
It's funny that Disney has made no less than five different Sing It karaoke titles, and none of them tapped into the obvious singalong choice – the decades and decades worth of animated classics that feature some of the most iconic themes and songs in cinematic history.
With Disney Sing It: Family Hits, that's been completely rectified, as this iteration focuses on nothing but the best of its cartoon back catalogue. Songs and videos from twenty of your favourite Disney theatrical classics grace this edition, from films such as Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Mary Poppins, The Jungle Book, Toy Story, Cars, The Lion King, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and The Princess and The Frog to name but a few.
There are all kinds of gameplay tips and helpful mechanics that will allow both children and adults to enjoy Disney Sing It: Family Hits together (hence the Family Hits bit). Use the pitch bar to help hit the right notes during a song, and take some coaching from Anika Noni Rose from The Princess and The Frog to sound like the stars in the films.
Play on your own, partner up with some friends or family members for a duet or go against one another in a head to head mode. Up to eight players can enjoy the fun together, thanks to a gameplay mode that lets players pass one mic around. Watch your performances back in the Encore mode and add loads of cool effects to customise your recordings.
