Summary

For a Tasmanian Devil, Taz really does get himself into a myriad of interesting situations. Mostly involving Marvin the Martian, for one reason or another. In Galactic Taz Ball, the cheeky alien is at it again as he aims to steal the Earth's landscape.

Why? To make Mars more scenic, of course. Unfortunately, he appears to have accidentally kidnapped Taz in the process. To get back home, Taz has to use his trademark cyclone spin to traverse segments of the planet that Marvin has abducted and stop the Martian from totally destroying the planet.

Of course, everything's different in space. And floating bits of the Earth is no different. As a result, Galactic Taz Ball offers two distinctive types of gameplay – a 3D adventure in the 'Overworld' sections and a 2D platformer in the 'Underworld' areas. The former is viewed on the top screen of the Nintendo DS, and is controlled using the bottom touch screen like a trackball. Move Taz around fast enough and he'll spin to victory.

For the latter, the platforming action is displayed on the bottom screen and sees you navigate Taz through a maze of machinery and gadgets. Combine the two elements and you have a game that's almost as wacky as the crazy beast himself!
