Summary

Bet you never thought of 'Gladiator' quite like this. This is Tournament of Legends, a 3D fighting game that pits you against a vast number of mythical beasts, creatures and heroes. Choose from the Minotaur, a powerful Gladiator, a Valkyrie and one of many more inspiring beasts as you are thrown into an arena to fend for yourself.

It won't be easy. The enemies you face will be even more surprising than the characters you can control – strange beasts with metal armour, Kraken legs and other monstrosities fill the circular gladiatorial arena and will prove more than a competent challenge.

Luckily, you have many outrageous and exciting moves and weaponry at your disposal. Legendary swords and shields help you slash through the enemy's defences, while magical attacks can be launched to subdue your foes. Special moves can be mustered too, in order to give yourself a bit of an unfair advantage, including unleashing a man-eating lion, summoning a deadly rain of arrows and throwing a nest of venomous snakes.

Made for two players, Tournament of Legends takes advantage of the Wii Remote to provide some highly intuitive combat controls. When battling together, players can switch weapons and enchantments with other characters, or compete in an array of Wii Remote and Nunchuk challenges – these including dodging huge creatures, or restoring health during battle.
