For 2010 it's been updated with new statistics from the domestic leagues in England, Scotland, Germany, Spain, Italy and France. You will also get to guide your squad and backroom staff through each of the major cup competitions in these countries.
Premier Manager '10 gives you the opportunity to manage both the player roster and key staff managers such as coaches and scouts. This entails coaxing the best from your players via training methods, formation setting, and the ever-important set-piece.
However, if you've got under-performing prima donnas, nervous kids or promoted strikers who just can't cut it in the upper reaches of the top flight, you're going to have to explore the transfer markets. This is not a game of luck, but rather of intense concentration, nerves of steel and the ability to spot a star in the making or to spend wisely on an experienced pro.
Managers are able to study each member of their squad in order to assess strengths and weaknesses via the character bar. While the in-game news keeps coming in as ever, it's now not a disaster if you miss a piece – however, it will serve the player well to keep their eyes peeled.
