Summary

Gubble 2 for the PC is an easy to learn, fun game for younger players. The aim of the game is simple, complete all of the maze-like levels while staying alive. Similar to Namco’s classic Pac-Man, Gubble 2 is an addictive title with plenty of gameplay.

Gubble D. Gleep is a cute little alien character who makes the weirdest noises. Initially, he is very limited but there are power-ups scattered throughout the levels that give him new abilities, like flying. Make sure you fully explore a level to find all the secret items.

To make Mr. Gleeps life harder there are various traps and enemies that must be avoided. In each level there are usually a number of tasks to complete. Gubble can jump onto giant, movable screwdrivers to remove all of the screws on a level for instance. Naturally some of he screws are in tricky locations and the bad guys wandering around the level will be homing in.

There are several good puzzles to solve in Gubble 2. Some problems require exploration and others require a trial and error approach. For example, there is a bouncy maze that you must navigate a path through and if you bounce wrong you’ll be sent back to the start.

Gubble 2 has over 124 levels and offers a good challenge, worth having a go.
