Summary

Gather round racing fans and let me tell you a story. A story of the hottest and fastest superbikes on the planet where you can drive any bike you desire. At breakneck of speeds in excess of 190 MPH around 14 different circuits. Introducing Castrol Honda Superbike Racing on the PlayStation.

Castrol Honda Superbike Racing has a great feel to it. Right from the start you can just jump straight into the game and start playing. The default settings include steering and breaking assist. These are handy functions that slow you down to about the correct speed as you enter a corner and take it well. As in most racing games the proper entry speed into a corner is essential for making it through successfully, too fast and you’ll end up in the gravel trap. The automatic braking system will help you learn how to play the game properly. When you develop your skills enough you can turn these options off and select a manual gearbox. This simulation style approach will test your skill to the limits.

The most fun to be had with Castrol Honda Superbike Racing is the two-player mode. The action is divided spilt-screen and races can be very competitive and close. Add the fact that you can knock each other off the bikes, by accident of course and immediate rematches will soon occur. Overall, Castrol Honda Superbike Racing is worthwhile game.
