Summary
It's 2012, as the title more than hints at. The psychics have inherited the earth and then, following dissent within the community, are forced into the 'Psychic Army'.
Now, in an attempt to create a new community, rebellious psychics battle against their own within the establishment.
Psychic Force 2012 is a beat 'em up with a difference. Yes, it's 3D. Yes, you can pull off combos. However, the battle arena is completely 3D. You must 'fly' around the arena dodging attacks and unleashing your own deadly psychic blasts. The variety and strength of your attacks depends not only on your manual dexterity, but also your characters level of psychic energy. Try to pull of that 20 button combo with only 10% psychic energy, and you may as well just spit at your opponent.
