Those who think balance is to lock it down, to control it, this is not balance but to imprison you as a player, balance is when all things are equal. then like players in a game, your skills decide which way the balance turns, for you or your opponent. Not to say take away is skill to empower me, which is not for the betterment of C3 but only for the player who say it. "there's no such thing as a problem, only stubborn people".
