Downloaded map pack and update cleared cache rebooted twice still no new maps

Update 2: Major Nelson has confirmed that the problems lie in Microsoft's court with the following Tweet:

"The engineers are already engaged and working on the MW2 Stimulus Pack problem. They'll get is corrected."

I think the server is down now or maybe everyone is downloading and trying to play

Update 3: As we suspected: It's the title update.
Major Nelson has tweeted: "The Stimulus Package needs a Title Update and it didn't go out properly. We're pushing it out now - it won't be long."

Clearing Cache only delete's update's to every game you have, but get re-updated when you start back up the game. NOTHING is deleted while deleting cache.

xbox live keeps signing me out as im about to download the update then the update doesnt work because im diconnetcted so i cant play mw2 online!
