cause they prolly either bought it new, expecting good things, or bought it when GTA came out, expectign continued good things. Either way, unless a console says "atari" and "jaguar" on it you should expect there to be some software for it and be aloud to be anoyed when there isnt. It our god given right as internetians! ;)
