I'm sure many of you have seen this video but for those of you who haven't, here it is.

Most of you know that the leaderboards are a joke due to the number of cheaters at the top. But when you have evidence of the all time wins leader exposing how to achieve 60 wins in 60 minutes, action has to be taken. This video has been sent to Rockstar and they claim that they are reviewing it to determine what punishment if any should be enforced. Anything short of his rank being reset and his name removed from the leaderboards would be a complete joke.
