Hi, are you using a European login for your PS3? The codes are only for the European servers you see. If not, it's simple just to set up a Euro account (try using a London postcode such as SW1A 0AA - the House of Parliament).
If you are already using a European login, and the still codes don't work then email me at feedback@spong.com and I'll sort something out when I get into work tomorrow.
