Summary

Early 21st century, and it seems everybody is after a piece of video game cake. Unexpected visitors to the trough are the cast and crew of VIP, a frankly bonkers US TV series featuring Pamela Anderson. For fans of the 'buxotic', PlayStation’s VIP couldn’t come soon enough. VIP promises a plentiful supply of humour, action, martial arts, and a plethora of very nicely dressed digital babes. Not bad, eh?

Val (Pamela Anderson) and the rest of the team have accepted a new life-threatening mission (some people, eh?) in which they are to protect the controversial surgeon, Dr Kindle. Needless to say, nothing goes to plan and you end up fighting for your life with a mob of gangsters bent on your and the doctor’s destruction.

Assuming control of the blonde babe, you will soon find yourself engaged in numerous conflicts with the enemy’s henchmen. The fast-paced action entails the player executing a series of spectacular martial arts combinations to successfully take out some nasty men in black suits.

VIP on PlayStation retains the theme and personality of the TV series very well. There’s plenty of gameplay and familiar locations, all tied in with VIP’s amusing sense of humour. Great.
