I can't see that as a problem, it's usually 5 minutes of getting pointing at by an array of pert bosoms and jiggling booties.
Approximately 87.38% of all hip-hop music videos feature mostly naked women stood around a swimming pool, shaking their asses. Rappers only have to do all that wild gesticulating to draw attention to themselves and away from the lovelies in the background...

Dude, I'm usually pointing right back, and for about five minutes too.
And the rythm comes in useful as well.
