Lovechess Salvage Gives You Sex Scene Control - NSFW

It's the next generation of gaming, truly!

Posted by Staff
Adult developer Artmunk Games has released new screenshots for its upcoming sex-filled board game, Lovechess Salvage. We thought we'd share them with you. Because we're really nice like that.

A continuation of the (obviously) popular Lovechess series, Salvage features human 'pieces' dressed in bondage gear. As Pawns, Queens and Knights take opposing pieces, they... well, they get 'taken' don't they? You can figure out what happens next, really.

You can control the sex scenes in each scenario, and "let your pieces reach an orgasm" too. Nice. These particular screens show the "inside and outside scenery and a few sexual encounters," so it's totally NSFW. In case you were wondering.

Lovechess Salvage is hitting the PC and Mac later this month. Fantastically, Artmunk says that "some minor tweaking might occur in the final build." We reckon so, and a bit more besides.

Salvage is the third in the series of Lovechess.

I own all three. The graphics in Salvage are great compared to Age of Egypt and especially The Greek Era.

Buyer beware, Salvage is full of bugs and glitches. Aside from the graphics I’m extremely disappointed in the game difficulty.

I could quietly overlook the bugs and glitches if false advertising wasn’t the case. The site for this game advertises, “Deep Strategic Game Play,” and “LoveChess features an improved chess engine, to challenge both beginning as expert players.” I copied and pasted the quote, that’s right typos included. Age of Egypt does, Greek Era and Salvage does not. The computer offers very poor resistance, and your options are Easy or Hard and they are both very easy to beat. Gets boring very fast.

Age of Egypt you can adjust the difficulty from 1 - 10. It does have a good chess engine. No glitches or bugs. Well worth the money, and if you purchase Age of Egypt you get The Greek Era free because it has the same limitations as Salvage minus the glitches, but still very easy to beat, boring.

Lovechess Salvage still needs work, I’m sorry I paid for it. If it were just like Age of Egypt but with a new twist it would be perfect. But instead it is just like Greek Era in every bad way but with a new twist plus, new malfunctions.

Brilliant! These are exactly the kind of mini-reviews I'd love to see more of on the SPOnG forum. Can't thank you enough for taking the time to do this.

Email directly at tim@spong.com and I'll see if I can't get you a thank-you freebie.

That, by the way, goes for any forum contributor who takes this kind of time and effort.

Cheers

Tim

@Ed
I was angry if you couldn't tell.

The game designers did get back to me and they are fixing the problems.

After the fixes are done, I will say it is the best of the series.

I do want to apologize to those who worked so hard on such a unique chess game. I'm actually impressed by their commitment to customer service.

They offered to fix the problems and give a refund. I do want to support the games and their creators so I declined the the refund. I want to thank the guys at Artmunk for their attentiveness.

It truly is a great game.
