Summary

Rios and Salem are back to take on some more terrorists in Army of Two: The 40th Day. The two mercenaries-for-hire find themselves in the middle of Shanghai, China, where a string of mysterious catastrophes is bringing the city to the edge of ruin. It all comes to a head on the 40th Day - the duo must work together as one unit to discover the secret behind this event and to survive through ravaged districts and town centres.

Gameplay follows the action and pace of the first Army of Two game, where up to two players assume the roles of Rios and Salem and use any means of cover to escape constant gunfire from enemies. Being top-class mercs, they also have some pretty mean weaponry and co-op moves that can take out entire groups of bad guys.

In The 40th Day, you can expect to see a bigger playbook of team manoeuvres that either player can engage at any time, leading to new strategies in the midst of a heated gun battle. And on the PlayStation Portable, you can wirelessly connect with another player via system link and play co-operatively throughout the campaign modes. Special content can be unlocked as well if you play with a friend.

Become the Army of Two and get to the bottom of the Shanghai crisis whilst on the move!
